From the Fonseca family's Los Altos distillery, made from 100% blue Weber agave grown some ten years in rich red volcanic soil. Double-distilled largely in copper pot stills and rested briefly in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness — no additives, traditionally made.
Crystal clear and vividly expressive. With no time in wood, the agave speaks directly — bright citrus, gentle pepper and earthy minerality carried on a clean, balanced frame.
