Château Minuty has been working in Côtes de Provence since 1936, and 281 is its most distinctive cuvée — a wine as recognisable for its bottle as for what is inside it. The blend is led by Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, drawn from vineyards shaped by the region’s marine influence.
The 2024 captures that coastal terroir directly: vibrant wild berry and citrus zest on the nose, then balanced acidity and a subtle minerality on the palate that keeps everything taut and precise. The estate farms sustainably, and the wine has the clarity that careful, low-intervention work in the vineyard tends to give.
