The Caviar
Baeri Paris is a living tribute to the origins of the Prunier story. From 1920, Émile Prunier’s vision was a simple one: lightly salted, freshly produced caviar delivered daily to the finest tables in Paris. This tin honours that tradition faithfully.
The grain is coarse and amber-coloured, packed directly into vacuum tins to preserve its distinctive 48-hour character. The result is subtle, creamy and layered with aromatic complexity — a caviar best discovered slowly. Store refrigerated; consume within three days of opening.

Questions
What is the 48-hour character?
It refers to the freshness the house builds the style around — caviar produced and packed to be eaten young rather than matured. The vacuum tin is what preserves that quality in transit.
What should I drink with it?
A grand Chardonnay, or a vinous Champagne in the style of Krug or Bollinger. Something with body, since the caviar itself is subtle rather than assertive.
How long does it keep once opened?
Three days refrigerated. Light salting and a fresh style mean it is at its best straight away.
