    • The Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 (P2) Vintage 2003 is an exceptional Champagne that represents the “second life” of the vintage, matured for 15 years on the lees in the cellars to achieve heightened intensity, depth, and energy. Crafted from 100% Grand and Premier Cru vineyards with a blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay grapes, this 75cl bottle in a luxurious gift box offers a dry Brut profile (dosage of 5 g/l, low residual sugar for a crisp, non-sweet taste) and 12.5% ABV. Disgorged in September 2019, it reveals a toasty, mineral nose with lime tree florals, apricot, candied raspberry, fig, lemon verbena, white pepper, rosemary, and spices, evolving on the palate to ripe notes of pineapple, toffee, cookie dough, and nougat with a structured, fresh acidity and a long, sapid finish. Ideal for drinking now through 2030, it pairs beautifully with shellfish like crab and lobster, mushroom dishes, creamy cheeses, almonds, or light seafood appetizers for an elevated experience.
