A rich, luxurious expression from the Cotswolds Distillery, made from 100% Cotswolds-grown barley and matured in a carefully selected marriage of sherry-seasoned casks — dry Oloroso for structure and nutty depth, and sweet Pedro Ximénez for lush fruit and velvety sweetness. Full-bodied and opulent, with a deep amber-mahogany hue. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered.
Opulent and harmonious — plump sultanas, candied orange peel and rich chocolate truffle meet nutmeg, gingerbread and silky sherry sweetness, balanced by a gentle tannic grip.
