The Estate bottling from Château d’Esclans — floral, creamy and saline, with more depth than an entry-level Provence rosé.
Château d’Esclans Estate Rosé is the estate bottling from the Provence property that did more than any other to redraw expectations of what rosé could be. It is built mainly from Grenache with Rolle (Vermentino), and the winemaking splits between stainless steel and barrel — steel for freshness, barrel for texture.
That split is the point. It sits a clear step above entry-level bottlings such as Whispering Angel: pale blush in the glass, floral on the nose, and considerably richer and longer on the palate. A rosé with genuine structure at 13.5% ABV.
Serve with: seafood, light salads, grilled fish, or Provençal cuisine — or simply chilled on its own.

Estate is the more serious of the two — deeper, creamier and longer, thanks to the portion of barrel fermentation. Whispering Angel is the lighter, more immediate style.
10–12°C. Chilled, but not ice-cold, so the texture and saline finish come through.
It has more structure than most rosé, but it is still best enjoyed young while the freshness and floral character are at their peak.
