The Drink
Grove 42 is Seedlip’s citrus expression, and the name comes from the forty-two botanicals considered during its development. Six made the final cut: blood orange, bitter orange, orange peel, ginger root, lemongrass and Japanese sansho peppercorn.
What that produces is vibrant and unmistakably alive — bright citrus up front, then lemongrass through the middle, then a peppery warmth from the sansho that stops it being merely refreshing. It is the one to reach for when you want a drink with energy rather than one that simply fills a glass.

Questions
Why 42?
Forty-two botanicals were considered during development. Six made the final blend — the number in the name is a nod to everything that did not.
How does it differ from Garden 108?
Grove 42 is the citrus expression — bright, zesty and peppery. Garden 108 is the herbaceous one, built on peas, hay and mint. They suit quite different drinks.
What mixer works best?
Ginger ale with a slice of blood orange plays directly to the ginger root and citrus. It also shakes well into a non-alcoholic sour.
