The Basket
This is a genuinely wide assortment rather than a token one. Inside you will find mangosteen, the so-called queen of fruits with sweet-tangy white flesh; dragon fruit in both red and yellow varieties; golden kiwi, juicier and sweeter than the green; passion fruit in purple and golden forms; rambutan, spiky outside and lychee-like within; premium lychee; longan, its subtler cousin; figs; starfruit; kumquat; a mix of fresh berries; and a fresh young Thai coconut.
Every basket is hand-selected at peak ripeness and is generous enough to serve seven to ten people, or to be worked through over several days. It suits a table centrepiece, a cocktail session, or simply eating fresh. Note that because of seasonal availability, if a specific fruit cannot be sourced we substitute another high-quality exotic fruit so the assortment and overall size are maintained.

What if a fruit is out of season?
We substitute another high-quality exotic fruit of comparable value, so the premium assortment and the overall size of the basket are maintained. Exotic fruit availability moves with the growing calendar in a way we cannot control.
How many people does it serve?
Seven to ten as a shared platter. For a smaller household it will comfortably last several days.
What is mangosteen like?
Sweet and tangy, with soft white segments inside a thick purple rind. It is often called the queen of fruits, and it is the one most people in the basket will not have tried before.
