Beluga Gold Line — malt spirit, artesian water, ninety days’ rest, and a wax seal you break with a hammer.
Beluga Gold Line is made at the Mariinsk distillery in Siberia from malt spirit and pure artesian spring water, then taken through a meticulous five-stage filtration and left to rest for a full ninety days. That resting period is unusual — most vodka goes from still to bottle in a fraction of the time — and it is what gives the spirit its rounded, settled character.
The presentation matches the contents. Each bottle carries a hand-attached metal beluga sturgeon emblem and is sealed with wax, opened ceremonially with the hammer and brush supplied alongside it. Often presented in a leather case, it is a bottle designed to be given as much as poured.
Serve with: neat and chilled, over ice, or as the base of a premium cocktail — caviar, smoked salmon and cured fish are the traditional accompaniments.

The bottle is sealed with wax. The hammer chips the seal and the brush sweeps away the fragments — a deliberately ceremonial way to open it.
An extended rest after blending lets the spirit settle and integrate, which shows as a smoother, rounder texture in the glass.
Well chilled, neat or over ice, in a small glass. Its texture is the point, so avoid burying it in a heavy mixer.
