Coffey Malt occupies unusual ground. Technically a grain whisky by classification — distilled in a continuous Coffey still rather than a pot — it is made entirely from malted barley. The result sits between two worlds: the silky texture of grain whisky with the depth and maltiness of single malt. Rich, complex and unlike anything produced outside Japan.
Silky and full, with rich maltiness lifted by orange zest, vanilla and warm spice — a distinctive style all its own.
