Cotswolds Distillery sits in the heart of the English countryside, and its Dry Gin has become one of the reference points for modern English gin. It is made in small batches with a generous botanical load — more botanicals per litre than most — and that generosity is what gives it its weight.
The signature is pink grapefruit zest for brightness and locally sourced Cotswolds lavender for a distinctive floral, faintly herbaceous lift, both sitting over a bold classic juniper backbone. Crucially it is non-chill filtered, which preserves the oils that most gins strip out: the gin louches when you add tonic, and it has a silky, full-bodied texture that filtered gins simply do not.
Serve with: a premium tonic and a grapefruit slice, which plays directly to the citrus and floral notes. Also excellent in a Martini or Negroni, or neat over ice.
