      From the House of Ayala (founded 1860), this vintage Extra Brut is drawn exclusively from Chardonnay grown in six leading crus of the Côte des Blancs — Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger — and the Montagne de Reims. The 2018 harvest brought superb ripeness and freshness, followed by six years ageing on lees.
