Nikka From The Barrel — whisky bottled the way the blenders taste it, dense and unapologetic at 51.4%.
Released in 1985 with a single ambition — to bottle whisky the way blenders actually taste it, straight from the cask. Over 100 batches of malt and grain are blended, then returned to used barrels for a second maturation, and bottled at 51.4% with minimal dilution. Nothing softened. Nothing hidden. The iconic square bottle is a statement in itself: a small, dense block of whisky.
Full and warming, layered with dried fruit, dark spice and toasted oak — a powerful yet mellow blend that punches far above its size.

It's bottled at 51.4% with minimal dilution — rich, dense and full-flavoured, yet remarkably mellow and balanced.
Neat or with a drop of water to open it up; excellent over a large ice cube too.
