Gosset, founded in 1584, is the oldest wine house in Champagne. This non-vintage rosé rests a minimum of twelve years on the lees for extraordinary depth, yet keeps its vibrant freshness. A blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir — 8% vinified as red wine for structure and colour — with low dosage and no malolactic fermentation.
A coppery rose-gold rosé of rare maturity. Twelve years on the lees builds marzipan richness and savoury depth, while low dosage and no malolactic keep it taut, mineral and precise.
