Dom Pérignon Rosé 2010 in Damien Hirst's warm pink Kaleidoscope box, with a 30g tin of Royal Oscietra caviar served properly — mother-of-pearl spoon, crème fraîche and mini blinis — and Champagne truffles to finish. A rosé vintage that is intense and precise but also delicate and silky, given a first course worthy of it and the one chocolate that genuinely belongs beside it.
Dom Pérignon x Damien Hirst Rosé 2010 · 75cl · 12.5% — a surprising wine with a spherical presence, intense and precise, delicate and silky. In the limited-edition Kaleidoscope box.
A mother-of-pearl spoon, crème fraîche and mini blinis — everything the caviar needs, in the box. Mother-of-pearl because metal reacts with the roe and dulls the flavour.
Dom Pérignon declares a rosé only in years that earn it. The 2010 is the expressive one — warm pink in Hirst's hands for exactly that reason.
The Pearls
Rosé has more red-fruit weight than a blanc, and Oscietra's clean salinity meets it without being overwhelmed. Thirty grams is two generous servings, or four to start.
The Ganache
Marc de Champagne truffles are the one chocolate that genuinely belongs beside Champagne: the same spirit, softened into cream.
The Box
Hirst's Kaleidoscope box is a collector's object in its own right — most people keep it long after the bottle is finished.
How to Serve It

Questions
What makes the Damien Hirst edition different?
The Champagne inside is Dom Pérignon Rosé 2010. What changes is the dress: a creative dialogue with Damien Hirst reworks the maison's historic shield through artwork from his Kaleidoscope series, in warm pink hues chosen to evoke the expressiveness of the 2010 rosé. It is a numbered limited edition, and the box is usually kept.
How many people does the caviar serve?
Thirty grams is two generous servings, or four as a first course. The mini blinis and crème fraîche are in the box, so nothing else is needed. The mother-of-pearl spoon is included too, since metal reacts with the roe and dulls the flavour.
Does rosé Champagne really work with caviar?
Yes, and arguably better than a blanc. Rosé carries more red-fruit weight and a touch more body, which stands up to the salinity instead of being flattened by it. The 2010 has the precision to stay clean alongside it.
Why chocolate as well?
To give the bottle somewhere to go after the first course. Marc de Champagne ganache is the safest bridge, because it is made with the same spirit as the wine beside it — most chocolate simply flattens Champagne.
How should I store it before serving?
Keep the caviar and the crème fraîche refrigerated at 0–4°C and eat the caviar within a few days of opening; never freeze it. The blinis and the truffles keep at room temperature. The Champagne can rest anywhere cool and dark, then go in the fridge for an hour or two before serving.
Can you deliver it directly to the person I'm gifting?
Yes — enter their address at checkout and add your message. In London it can be at their door within 30–45 minutes, any hour of the day. The recipient must be 18+ with ID for our Challenge 21 check.
Can I swap something in the hamper?
Yes. Message us after ordering and we can change the caviar grade or size — Imperial Beluga instead of Oscietra, for instance — or add a second chocolate from the Charbonnel et Walker, Ladurée or Farhi ranges. We'll adjust the price accordingly.
