We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including bank holidays. Orders can be placed on our website at any time, and our telephone line is answered around the clock.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather, stock availability and the accuracy of the address supplied. If you are unsure whether your postcode falls within our rapid London delivery area, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm.
You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol from Drinks House 247. We operate a Challenge 21 policy: if the person receiving a delivery appears to be under 21, our driver will ask for photo identification before handing over the order.
We accept a valid passport, a photocard driving licence, or a PASS-accredited proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram. The document must be original, in date and clearly show your photograph and date of birth.
If acceptable identification cannot be produced, the delivery will be refused and the goods returned to us. It is also a criminal offence to buy alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 (proxy purchase), and our drivers will refuse a delivery where they believe this is happening.
