Made entirely from hand-picked Chardonnay and finished with no added sugar, this Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is crisp, clean and utterly transparent — pure fruit and minerality, nothing else.
Brut Nature means no dosage — the driest possible style. Only the ripest Chardonnay can carry it, and here it gives a bone-dry, mineral Champagne of real finesse, aged at least five years on the lees.
