Bollinger Special Cuvée Rosé in magnum — the celebrated house style writ large, all wild strawberry, spice and brioche depth.
Founded in 1829 and based in Aÿ, Bollinger is one of Champagne's most revered houses. This non-vintage rosé blends 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier, aged three years on the lees and presented in the festive 1.5-litre magnum.
A vibrant pink pour with a fine, persistent mousse. Ripe red fruits meet toasted, biscuity depth and a balanced, refreshing acidity — the magnum format only heightens the sense of occasion.
