🏆Blended solely from Veuve Clicquot reserve wines🏆Extra Brut — a very low dosage
Extra Brut Extra Old is drawn entirely from the house's library of aged reserve wines, then finished with minimal dosage. The result is remarkably mature and complex, with dried fruit and toasted depth rather than obvious sweetness.

Questions
What does Extra Brut mean?
Extra Brut is a very dry style with even less added sugar than Brut. It lets the maturity and structure of the wine lead, rather than any sweetness.
How should I serve it?
Chilled to around 9–11°C in a tulip glass. Its dryness and complexity make it a superb aperitif and a fine partner for oysters and sushi.
