Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas-François 2008 — the house's prestige cuvée, a tribute to its founder.
Created in 1964 to honour Nicolas-François Billecart, this is the flagship cuvée of the house of Billecart-Salmon (founded 1818). The celebrated 2008 vintage — prized for balance and ageing potential — unites Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a complex, rewarding Champagne.
Full-bodied yet lively, with balanced acidity. Orchard fruit, mirabelle plum and cherry meet hawthorn and floral notes of acacia and rose petal, deepening with air into toasted nuts, frangipane and candied mandarin peel.
