Devaux Sténopé 2012 — a rich, rounded vintage from Devaux and Michel Chapoutier, drawn from a great year.
Sténopé is the celebrated partnership between the Devaux house, founded in 1845, and Rhône winemaker Michel Chapoutier. Built on the acclaimed 2012 harvest, it blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar into a full, mature and precise Champagne.
Full-bodied with a creamy texture, fine mature bubbles and balanced acidity. Ripe orchard fruit meets brioche, honey and citrus over a rich, dry core, leading to a long finish.
