Devaux Coeur de Nature — the house's first certified-organic Champagne, saline, fresh and Pinot-driven.
From Devaux, established in 1845 in the Côte des Bar, Coeur de Nature (“Heart of Nature”) is the house's first fully certified-organic cuvée, built predominantly on Pinot Noir from sustainably farmed vineyards. Fresh and mineral, with a signature saline lift.
Light to medium-bodied, crisp and invigorating, with a distinctive saline character. Ripe orchard fruit meets biscuit and a gunflint smokiness, leading to a fresh, salivating finish.
