The flagship non-vintage Brut from Champagne Barons de Rothschild, founded in 2003 by the Rothschild cousins to bring their legendary expertise to sparkling wine. An elegant, Chardonnay-dominant cuvée blending 60% Chardonnay (largely from Côte des Blancs Grand Crus — Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger, Vertus) with 40% Pinot Noir from top Montagne de Reims sites. Over 85% Grand and Premier Cru fruit, a high 40% reserve component and a low 6g/l dosage deliver purity, finesse and depth.
Pale gold with fine bubbles — linear yet creamy, with lively orchard fruits, hazelnut, elegant freshness and toasty notes over a long, floral finish.
