Hibiki is Suntory's blended whisky, and the name means resonance. It is built from malt and grain whiskies drawn across three distilleries, some of it rested in Japanese Mizunara oak, and blended for balance rather than force. Where a Scotch blend often reaches for weight, Hibiki Harmony reaches for poise: honey, orchard fruit and a trace of white flowers, with the faintest incense note on the finish.
Against it sit two boxes from Charbonnel et Walker, who have made chocolates by hand in London since 1875 and hold a Royal Warrant. The Whisky Truffles answer the bottle directly — milk chocolate around a ganache warmed with whisky. The James Bond Tuxedo Selection is the more theatrical of the two: four British truffles in a box dressed as a dinner jacket.

What is Hibiki Harmony?
Suntory's flagship blended Japanese whisky, drawing malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Some of the component whiskies rest in Japanese Mizunara oak, which gives the blend its distinctive incense-and-sandalwood edge.
Do the chocolates contain alcohol?
The Whisky Truffles do — the ganache is made with whisky. The James Bond Tuxedo Selection is a British truffle assortment. Both are intended for over-18s as part of this hamper.
