Six years on the lees in Pol Roger's famously cool cellars, 33 metres below Épernay, produce the house's characteristic fine bubbles and unhurried complexity.
Crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and warm biscuit on the nose give way to a full, vinous palate with lively acidity and a long, chalky finish. Drink now to 2030.
