Seedlip Garden 108 Non-Alcoholic Spirit 70cl

Garden 108 is named after the 108 days it takes for garden peas to grow from seed to harvest. Built around a distillation of peas, hay, spearmint, rosemary and thyme, it is the most herbaceous of the Seedlip range green, fresh and quietly complex. The spirit that proved alcohol-free drinking didn’t have to mean compromise.
Serve with tonic and a sprig of fresh mint, or use as the base of a non-alcoholic Collins.

Nose: Fresh cut grass, spearmint and garden herbs.

Palate: Clean and herbal with pea, hay and a cooling rosemary finish.

Finish: Crisp, dry and lingering.
