Send Gifts to the UK from Dubai and the UAE

Dubai is three hours ahead of London in the British summer and four hours ahead in winter. Order in your afternoon and the gift reaches a London address by late morning; order in your evening and it arrives the same London afternoon.

Everything is bought and dispatched in London, so nothing is shipped from the UAE. Across Greater London we deliver 24 hours a day, typically in 30–45 minutes. Elsewhere in mainland UK, choose express (1–2 business days) or standard (3–5 business days) at checkout.

Questions from Dubai

Can I send to a London hotel?

Yes. Give the guest's full name and the hotel address, and note that the delivery is for a guest. Hotels usually receive it at reception or the concierge desk.

Do alcohol-free gifts need an adult to sign?

Age checks apply to orders that contain alcohol. For those, someone aged 18 or over must accept the delivery, and under our Challenge 25 policy anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID.

Is the stock genuine?

Yes. Everything is bought from UK wholesalers approved under HMRC's Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme, with UK duty paid. See authenticity and sourcing.

Do you deliver outside London?

Yes, across mainland UK, with express (1–2 business days) and standard (3–5 business days) options shown at checkout.
