      The Wine

Château de Chantegrive is a Graves estate with a history reaching back to the seventeenth century and a modern commitment to sustainability, earning HVE level 3 certification in 2017. Le Panache belongs to its playful “bird” series, Les Oiseaux de Chantegrive — wines crafted for early, joyful drinking, the name meaning “flair”.

The blend features Sauvignon Blanc (45%) for vibrant acidity and grassy lift, with a touch of Sauvignon Gris (5%) bringing floral and exotic-fruit nuances. Medium-bodied and lively: lemon and tangerine with nectarine and white peach, a creamy oak texture adding gentle weight, and subtle minerality keeping the finish fresh.
