Step into the exclusive realm of RARE Champagne with Drinks House 247. As the name suggests, RARE Champagne offers an experience that is both unique and exceptional. Crafted for moments of utmost significance, each bottle of RARE is a testament to luxury and exclusivity.
RARE was born at Piper-Heidsieck in Reims, with its first vintage in 1976. For decades it was Piper-Heidsieck's prestige cuvée, and in 2018 it became a Champagne house in its own right. As the name says, it is made only in exceptional years, so just a handful of vintages exist.
RARE is a Chardonnay-led blend with Pinot Noir, aged for many years in the Reims cellars before release. Expect exotic fruit such as pineapple and mango, white flowers, spice and toasted notes, with a silky, creamy texture. Each bottle is dressed in a gold filigree design that evokes a royal tiara, making it one of Champagne's most striking gifts.
