Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2011 — the house’s flagship, a jewel of pure Chardonnay finesse.
Comtes de Champagne is Taittinger’s prestige cuvée, made exclusively from Chardonnay in the greatest years. The 2011 embodies purity and elegance — a benchmark Blanc de Blancs aged around eight years on the lees.
Drawn from Grand Cru Chardonnay, Comtes 2011 opens with fresh blossom and citrus, white peach and green apple, over a mineral core. Long lees ageing lends a comforting brioche depth — crisp, refined and utterly elegant.
