Japanese Single Malt · Suntory · 12 Years
The forest malt, aged twelve years — fresh green fruit, herbs and a delicate whisper of peat.
Distilled at Suntory's Hakushu distillery in the forests of the Japanese Alps (established 1973), the 12 Year Old is matured for twelve years in oak. Crisp green apple, pear and honeydew melon meet mint and basil, with a delicate peat smoke drawn from the distillery's cool, wooded home.
