Bruno Paillard Brut Première Cuvée Magnum — the house's signature Champagne, elevated for grand celebration.
Bruno Paillard (founded 1981) is a young house with deep-rooted heritage in grape broking and winegrowing. This magnum takes the iconic Brut Première Cuvée — a Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier blend aged at least three years on lees — into an impressive 1.5-litre format for sharing.
Medium-bodied and creamy, with bright acidity and fine, persistent bubbles — and the magnum's slower maturation lends extra finesse. Ripe fruit and toasted almond meet citrus, white flowers, baked bread and a hint of honey.
