Pierre Péters Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs — pure Chardonnay from a revered Côte des Blancs grower, all chalk, citrus and finesse.
Pierre Péters is one of the Côte des Blancs' most respected grower houses, celebrated for Blanc de Blancs of purity and precision. This Extra Brut is 100% Chardonnay, aged a minimum of three years on the lees, with a low dosage that lets the fruit and chalky minerality shine.
Pale and bright, with a delicate, persistent mousse. Crisp acidity carries citrus, green apple and white flowers over a signature chalky minerality — precise, elegant and refreshingly dry.
