Cambridge Dry Gin — the distillery’s flagship: twelve botanicals, copper pot still, classic dry juniper.
The Cambridge Distillery has built a reputation as one of Britain’s most inventive small producers, and Cambridge Dry Gin is its flagship — the bottle that shows what the house can do when it plays it straight. It is made in small batches from neutral grain spirit with a hand-selected blend of twelve traditional botanicals.
The list is a roll-call of the classics: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, liquorice root, almond, and lemon and orange peel. Distillation is in traditional copper pot stills with precise vapour infusion, which keeps the delicate aromatics intact. At 42% ABV the result is crisp, clean and precisely balanced — a benchmark modern British London Dry.
Serve with: a classic tonic and lemon, or in a Martini or Negroni. It is precise enough to drink neat over ice.

Yes — this is the classic London Dry shape, juniper-led and dry. The Cambridge Distillery’s more experimental bottlings sit elsewhere in the range.
The botanicals sit above the spirit rather than in it, so the alcohol vapour passes through them. It gives a cleaner, more delicate extraction than boiling them directly.
A well-made G&T or a dry Martini. At 42% ABV it holds its shape in both.
