The crown jewel of Koshitsukano Shuzo, a brewery that has been crafting sake in Niigata, Japan for nearly 240 years. This Daiginjo is built on a foundation of home-grown yeast, pristine water from the Agano River and the celebrated Yamada Nishiki rice the most revered variety in sake brewing delivering a full-bodied, richly textured expression with aromas of melon, banana and white flower.
