Crafted at Balvenie Distillery by Malt Master David Stewart MBE. Aged at least twelve years in American oak ex-bourbon casks for vanilla and mellow spice, then finished nine months in Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks, before a final marrying in large oak tuns — the signature DoubleWood method.
