This 17-year-old has matured in a carefully selected combination of rare Mizunara (Japanese oak) barrels and Oloroso Sherry puncheons — the Mizunara imparting exotic spice and incense-like aromatics, the Oloroso contributing depth, sweetness and layers of dried fruit. Bottled at 50% ABV and non-chill filtered. A superb collector's piece showcasing the cask mastery of Master Distiller Billy Walker.
