Matured exclusively in STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red-wine barriques, which impart intense richness, deep fruit and bold oak. Crafted from 100% Cotswolds-grown barley and distilled in small copper pot stills. Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered.
Rich, intense and opulent — deep amber-mahogany, with stewed red fruits, black cherry and raspberry compote layered over dark chocolate, spice and robust charred oak.
