Cazcanes No.7 Añejo — 100% Blue Weber agave, aged in recharred ex-bourbon oak, by the case.
From the highlands of Jalisco, this añejo is distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged at least one year — often blending barrels up to over two years — in reworked and recharred American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, honouring a hands-off, artisanal production. Supplied as a case of six 75cl bottles.
Rich amber and complex. Extended ageing in recharred oak builds layers of honeyed orchard fruit, warm spice and soft vanilla, balanced by a zesty, peppery finish — refined yet full of character.
