Mezcal Amarás Curandero — a savoury, herbal artisanal mezcal honouring the Oaxacan healer spirit.
A masterful artisanal expression from the renowned Amarás distillery in Oaxaca, crafted from a thoughtful blend of Espadín and select indigenous agaves. Made by ancestral methods: slow-roasted in underground earthen pits, crushed by traditional stone tahona, naturally fermented and twice distilled. “Curandero” honours the traditional healer of Oaxacan culture. 45% ABV.
Robust and savoury — brine and saline minerality with roasted-agave sweetness and subtle spice over a textured, creamy mouthfeel, leading to a long, balanced finish of lingering smoke and herbal depth.
