A rich, nuanced bouquet of spice and freshly bloomed flowers, layered with mace, cinnamon and pepper, dried fruit peels and acacia honey, and a faint hint of rancio. The palate is complex and harmonious — fresh florals, spices, dried fruits and candied peel — leading to a prolonged, warm finish.
