The Drink
La Cuvée is the most refined bottling in the French Bloom range, co-developed by Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger — a name long associated with fine French sparkling winemaking. It is made from dealcoholised Chardonnay and Pinot Noir: the classic pairing, treated seriously.
There are no added sugars and no added sulphites, which matters more than it sounds. Most alcohol-free sparkling leans on sugar to fill the space alcohol leaves behind; this does not. The result is genuinely dry and refined, with pear, white flowers and citrus and a clean, fresh finish.

What does dealcoholised mean?
The wine is made conventionally and the alcohol is then removed, rather than the drink being built from juice. It is why the result reads as wine rather than as a soft drink.
How does it compare to Le Blanc?
La Cuvée is the more refined of the two — Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, drier, with pear and white flower where Le Blanc leans green apple and tropical fruit.
How should I serve it?
Well chilled at 6–8°C, in a flute or wine glass, exactly as you would a sparkling wine.
