The Vodka

Belvedere 10 is the house’s ultra-luxury expression, made as an homage to the original 1910 vodka-making process. It is produced annually in small batches from a single harvest of organic Dankowskie Diamond Rye, grown in one field on the Bartężek estate in north-east Poland, with pure local water.

The spirit is distilled four times in column stills, filtered through cellulose, and then rested for exactly ten months in steel vats. That resting period is the point: it lets the flavours marry into the velvety smoothness the bottling is known for. The result is opulent and multi-faceted, without a hard edge anywhere. Presented in a gift box.

Resting in steel lets the components integrate. Nothing is added and no colour is picked up — the spirit simply becomes rounder and softer than it would be bottled straight off the still.
